While I know this probably has already been brought to your attention in your latest Art Gripes video, you could simply just raise the tier pricing for Commission Work.
At the very least it'd make fewer people bombard you with commissions and when you have to do said commission you'll be making more money off of them.
I have friends that to that and it works out as a win/win for them quite nicely.
But again, it's just a suggestion.
